Richmond SupportDesk seamlessly integrates with Richmond AssetDesk, Microsoft Active Directory™ and industry-standard remote control solutions.

Richmond SupportDesk ensures that moves, additions, deletions and changes in the Microsoft Active Directory™ database are automatically reflected in SupportDesk’s configuration database (CMDB). A customisable extract wizard simplifies the integration process allowing setup to be achieved in minutes rather than hours or days.

Real-time External Data Integration

As well as offering data integration, we can offer custom-built, real-time views of other systems from within Richmond SupportDesk. These views are linked into an imported asset record, and allow users to open a number of views into the source data. This view is instant and always up to date.

By creating External Data Links (XDIs) to other systems, Richmond SupportDesk can be used to view valuable information quickly and easily, without losing time opening other data sources.
