ICT Help desk - Configuration Management
Configuration management is the detailed recording and updating of information that describes IT components, including all hardware, software and documentation. Each Configuration Item (CI) typically includes the versions and updates that have been applied to installed software packages and the locations of hardware devices.
Navigator Tree
The Richmond SupportDesk ICT Help desk Navigator Tree is a graphical representation of all your components. This structure provides parent/child relationships between hardware, software, location and users. The flexibility of the Navigator Tree allows for easy adaptation to any environment whether it is internal support, external support, facilities management, and much more.
